Terms and Conditions

Skillbound.com , owned by Enlighten Interactive, LLC ('the Company') is running this competition for the benefit of its members.  It is free for anyone to enter. 

The competitors who enter ('the Competitors') accept that the prize of the competition is the limited use of the URL: http://www.whyyourfirmshouldhireme.com ('URL') for a period of no more than one year or until the winner attains a job.

The staff of skillbound.com will work toward building and designing a Website for the eventual winner, moreover, the Company will endeavor to accommodate the eventual winner as best as they can, by working with them to design a Website they are happy with, however, ultimately it is the choice of the Company to decide which design to use.

Moreover, the Company makes no promises as to the quality or sophistication of the Website design, code or programming.  Moreover, the Company extends no warranty or guarantee as to the winner's satisfaction as to the quality, design or specifications of the Website.

The competitor enters the competition by registering on www.whyyourfirmshouldhireme.com and submitting a 100 word or less description of why they believe they are a good candidate for the Company to represent on the URL.

It is up to the sole discretion of the Skillbound judging panel to decide which competitor's description and profile will be accepted.

At no time can a winner use the Website for a purpose outside the scope of this agreement.  At no time is the winner allowed to alter the code of the Website without written authority by the Company.

If at anytime, the Company should have to forego the URL they will endeavor to provide an alternative Website for the winner.

The company accepts no liability whatsoever for any misrepresentations or conduct by the eventual winner.  Moreover, the Company accepts no responsibility whatsoever as to any potential liability that might flow from the winner's representation on the Website.

At all times, the Website will hosted by the Company's hosting service.  At all times, the Company owns the website, the URL and all the code placed upon it.

Skillbound.com will not allow any text or imagery it determines (it its sole discretion) to be offensive, vulgar or inappropriate.

The competition will come to a close on August 30th , 2010.  The competition will be null and void in the event no more than 99 entrants participate, by submitting their descriptions of why they should be hired.

By entering the competition the competitors agree to the terms and conditions hereby disclosed above.
